Welcome to Belchertown Yoga of Belchertown, MA! Offering Hatha style (Iyengar based) yoga. Drop-in classes available. Beginner to Moderate levels. Discounts for first time students.

Hello and Happy Holidays!

I hope you are having a wonderful Holiday Season! Below is the schedule for the holidays, our New Year's Eve Sunset class, and the upcoming sessions for January. (Also, for anyone who hasn't finished their shopping, Belchertown Yoga Gift Certificates are available!)

I am writing to you on the day of the Winter Solstice with the shortest of daylight hours for the year, and I remind myself that every day from this point out gets a little longer... remember, each day is a day closer to spring! For those of you who revel in the winter season, enjoy the glory and beauty of it!

Enjoy your time with family and friends, and stay warm and safe!

Belchertown Yoga

offers classes to suit the needs of a variety of students. Class size is generally small, which allows for more attention from the teacher. Props are used regularly (as needed) in order to allow the student to move into the expression of the pose that best suits that particular student.

Belchertown Yoga is located in the "other center" of Belchertown, off rt. 202, near the schools and police department. With it's convenient location and ample free parking, Belchertown Yoga can easily serve the yoga needs of the community of Belchertown as well as its surrounding towns.

The Studio

is located on the second floor, and has a comfortable and inviting reception space. The temperature is kept comfortable year round in the studio (see studio image above).

Equipment

Props and mats are readily available at the studio for students to use during class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
